Threads

A Threads scheduler that rides the 48-hour engagement tail.

Threads engagement compounds for 24–48 hours after publish — unlike X. Schedule chains, cross-post from Instagram, and never miss the evening window.

Built for Threads

Four things our Threads scheduler does right.

Native Threads OAuth

Threads has its own OAuth, not a piggyback on Instagram. We surface that distinction at connect so you're not surprised when the IG account doesn't auto-link.

Thread chain composer

Compose multi-post Threads chains as one draft. They ship as a true chain, not separate posts.

IG cross-post support

Optionally cross-post the same content to Instagram. We surface the option in the composer and split character limits properly.

Evening-window scheduling

Threads engagement peaks in the 7–9 PM window — significantly later than X. Our default suggested times reflect that.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Is Threads a separate connection from Instagram?
Yes. Threads has its own OAuth and its own API. The accounts can share an Instagram handle but the connection is separate.
Can I schedule Threads chains?
Yes — compose the chain in the composer, ship it as a single scheduled item, and the API handles the chaining.
Does Threads support hashtags?
Yes, since 2024. Up to 30 per post. The algorithm treats them similar to Instagram hashtags.
Can I cross-post Threads to Instagram automatically?
Yes — toggle 'also post to Instagram' in the composer. The text travels (subject to IG's 2,200-char limit) and the media is duplicated.
Why is the Threads engagement tail so long?
Threads' algorithm doesn't decay surface as aggressively as X. A post can still be served 24–48 hours after publish, especially if it gathers early engagement.
How often should I post on Threads?
1–2 posts per day is the sweet spot. The long tail means more frequent posting cannibalizes earlier posts' surface.
