Terms of Service

1. The service

LittlePoster.ai is a SaaS platform that lets you compose, schedule, and analyze social media posts across supported networks and manage replies in a unified inbox. We provide the service on a subscription basis described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account, including the actions of anyone you invite to your workspace. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly at security@littleposter.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Connected social networks

LittlePoster.ai connects to third-party networks (X, LinkedIn, Meta, Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky, and others we may add) via their APIs. Your use of those networks is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, rate limits, outages, or content moderation decisions made by those networks.

4. Content you post

You retain all rights to the content you upload or publish through the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish anything you schedule, and that the content does not violate applicable laws or the policies of the networks it is sent to.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LittlePoster.ai to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content;
• send spam, harassment, or content that targets minors;
• circumvent rate limits, anti-abuse, or platform policies of connected networks;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice when required to protect users or the platform.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per connected channel through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. AI features

Features that use AI — including draft suggestions, repurposing, hashtag generation, and image generation — call third-party models on your behalf. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing any AI output before publishing it. Usage is subject to monthly token caps described in your plan.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts may occasionally fail due to network outages, expired credentials, or third-party API errors. We surface failures in the dashboard and will retry transient errors with backoff.

9. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, your scheduled posts stop running and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
