History
Recent incidents
Honest notes on what broke, when, and how we resolved it.
Threads webhook deliveries delayed
Threads delivered comment webhooks with a 12–28 minute delay between 14:02 and 16:18 UTC. Inbox was up to date by 17:00 UTC after Meta-side recovery; no posts were lost.
Brief publisher pause for Meta video
A Meta upstream change caused IG Reels container polls to time out for 22 minutes. We auto-retried and republished without manual action. 41 posts were delayed by under 30 minutes.
Scheduled maintenance: worker on Node 22
Planned 6-minute restart at 03:00 UTC to roll out the Node 22 worker. No posts missed their slot — pg-boss queued and re-claimed on resume.
X (Twitter) auth refresh failures
X token refresh started returning 502s for ~38 minutes between 21:14 and 21:52 UTC. 612 channels temporarily flipped to needs_reauth and recovered automatically once X stabilized.
