Why is my channel showing "needs reauth"?
A channel flips to needs_reauth when the OAuth provider returns invalid_grant on token refresh. Reconnect from Settings → Channels — your scheduled posts resume automatically.
Read articleHow do per-channel variants work in the composer?
Write your post once, then click any network tab to edit the body, media, or hashtags just for that channel. Empty variants inherit from the master draft until you customize them.
Read articleSetting up Instagram Business + Facebook Page connection
IG posting requires an IG Business account linked to a Facebook Page. We surface both side-by-side at connect time — pick the Page first, then the IG account becomes selectable.
Read articleWhat counts against my monthly AI token cap?
Every text generation and image generation uses tokens. Your workspace cap defaults to 1,000,000 tokens/month and resets on the first of the month — see Settings → AI for usage.
Read articleRecovering a deleted post
Posts deleted from inside LittlePoster.ai stay in the trash for 30 days and can be restored from Queue → Trash. Posts deleted via the Audit Log API are permanent.
Read articleWhy did my X post fail with cost-cap exceeded?
X is pay-per-use. We enforce a monthly per-workspace cost cap (default $25) so a runaway loop never bills you unexpectedly. Raise it in Settings → Billing.
